The song that immediately pops into my head as I read this thread is "The Way I Feel" by 12Stones. Congruently, I have to say that I feel equally as strong about "The View" by In Memory Of, as well as "Day of Change" by the same band. My buddy Cole wrote those songs while we were in that band together. It may sound cheesy, but they are incredible songs, lyrically anyway. All three speak of giving up life as it is to be with Christ. And all three put it into an all together powerful way. I guess, for those of you who like things said simpy, they grap your head and your heart and smack them around a little and gives you goosebumps at the same time. Good stuff.
I might as well list my top five bands while we are here. They are:
#5 - Incubus #4 - Trapt #3 - Breaking Benjamin #2 - Our Lady Peace #1 - Foo Fighters (Dave Grohl is way too talented)
